the timing chainset is on the back of the engine. between the engine and transmission. and the listing you linked to says:

The chain tensioners have not been replaced, and the seller notes related noises briefly on cold starts after the car has sat for a while.

they’re about to fail. buying that would leave you with a non-functional car.
